The Cubs got their second straight walk-off win against the Cardinals tonight (and their first series win of the season), thanks to Alfonso Soriano's single in the 10th inning, which scored speedy Tony Campana. The final score was 3-2 and the Cubs also win their first series this season!

Jeff Samardzija was impressive tonight and pitched 6 2/3 scoreless innings and gave up only four hits and struck out a career-high nine batters. He was in line for his second win over the Cardinals, but Carlos Marmol came into the game in the eighth and gave up a two-run homer to Matt Holliday to give the Cardinals a one-run lead.
