Cubs baseball is just around the corner!

Just 2 days until Cubs pitchers and catchers report for spring training in Mesa!  Here's a photo of Fitch Park from Tim Sheridan's twitter account (he writes the highly informative Boys of Spring blog and is also the Cubs PA Announcer at HoHoKam Park):

The Cubs front office is having organizational meetings in Mesa today and tomorrow, and the official reporting date for pitchers and catchers is Saturday, 2/18, with their first workout on Sunday, 2/19.  Position players report on Thursday, 2/23 and the full team's first workout will be on Friday, 2/24.
